Cancellations/No Shows: We understand that unexpected things come up. If you’re unable to make your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance for appointments and physical therapy and 48 hours in advance of a scheduled surgery. A $75 fee will be applied for missed appointments, $125 fee for missed surgery appointments, and a $100 fee for missed physical therapy appointments when we do not receive any communication (via text, call, or email) at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your notice allows us to offer that time to another patient in need of care, helping us serve all our families more efficiently.
