Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for the following notice:

• 24 hours’ notice for appointments and physical therapy sessions
• 48 hours’ notice for scheduled surgeries

When we do not receive notice by text, phone call, or email within the required timeframe, the following missed appointment fees may apply:

• $75 — Missed appointment
• $100 — Missed physical therapy appointment
• $125 — Missed surgery appointment

Providing advance notice allows us to offer appointment times to other patients in need of care and helps us continue serving our families efficiently. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
